Supporting you through a healthy pregnancy and beyond
Our Baby Partners maternity program is here for every step of your pregnancy journey, from prenatal planning to post-delivery care.
Baby Partners is a voluntary maternity program offered to all members. The program can support you throughout your pregnancy and beyond and get you the care your doctor or midwife recommends during pregnancy and postpartum periods.
Get paired with a dedicated care coordinator who will guide you through your pregnancy. Connect with local resources that can help with essential needs like food and diapers, both before and after your baby arrives. If you are feeling overwhelmed or experiencing symptoms of depression, Baby Partners can also connect you with a mental health professional for support.
Baby Partners works with many community organizations and programs that provide home visiting programs from pregnancy to your child’s 6th birthday.
These programs can also offer parenting tips on topics including:
How to navigate parenthood and your baby's milestones
Sleep guidance for both you and your little one
Reminders for crucial well-child checkups
Age-appropriate toy recommendations – and so much more!
Our Baby Partners team can help you connect with one of these programs in your area.
Baby Partners is a voluntary program, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out does not affect your health care benefits.
Milestones Matter
Rolling over, taking a first step and playing peek-a-boo are examples of important developmental milestones. Tracking how your baby plays, learns, speaks and acts helps support their development.
Download the free CDC Milestone Tracker app for milestone checklists, tips, activities to support development and more!
If you have any questions or concerns about your child's development, speak to their doctor.
Healthy Choices, Rewarded!
We offer a rewards program for pregnant Medicaid and CHIP members. Complete healthy activities such as well-care visits or lead screenings and get rewarded!
Visit HPPRewards.net or call the Member Relations number on the back of your ID card to learn more.
