Jefferson Health Joins the Health Partners Medicare Provider Network
Philadelphia, PA — Health Partners Plans (HPP) today announced that it has signed a contract with Jefferson Health, one of the most distinguished health systems in the Philadelphia region, with 18 hospitals and more than 13,000 physicians, practitioners and nurses. The provider agreement is effective September 1, 2021 and grants all Jefferson Health facilities and physicians based in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in-network privileges for Health Partners Medicare members.

The agreement with Jefferson Health will allow HPP’s members enrolled in any one of Health Partners Medicare’s three Medicare Advantage plans to visit any of Jefferson Health’s network of 18 hospitals, as well as its additional entities, including outpatient centers, testing and imaging centers and the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center.
