You’re invited to participate in an upcoming webinar on HPP’s quality program, which rewards your practice’s performance for delivering quality services to our members. Please note that this webinar is intended for providers that are new to HPP’s network.

Quality Care Plus (QCP) is HPP's primary care physician incentive program for our Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP health plans. This program accounts for most of our P4P measures and was designed to recognize and reward our family practice, internal medicine, and pediatric physicians.

The webinar will cover topics including:

• Overview of the program
• Quality measures included in the programs
• Eligibility requirements and measurement period
• Payment overview

We encourage members of your office to attend one of our webinars, including:

• Office managers or operational leadership
• Quality staff
• Member experience staff
