Thank you for being a Jefferson Health Plans participating provider. As announced in an earlier communication, Jefferson Health Plans will also be expanding our Medicare product offerings to include a Medicare Advantage Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).

We invite you to learn more about our 2024 Medicare plans at one of our upcoming webinars.

Our Medicare leadership team will review the benefits in our plans, including:

• Lower copays for beneficiaries.
• Prescription drug coverage with affordable copays and a large formulary
• Enhanced supplemental benefits, such as:
• • Vision, dental and hearing aid benefits.
  • Over-the-counter health items and food benefit.
  • Member transportation benefit.
  • Flex cards that can be spent on healthy foods or utilities (SNP), or dental, vision, and hearing expenses (non-SNP).
  • Telehealth and telemonitoring.

We will also detail the Wellness Rewards program, which has a direct impact on Quality Care Plus incentive scores for participating providers.
