Thank you for being a valued participating provider. As you are aware, in July of 2023, we officially launched our new corporate marketing name, Jefferson Health Plans*. As mentioned in previous communications, we are taking a phased approach and have begun rebranding products this year starting with our Medicare and Individual and Family Plan (IFP) lines of business.

Currently, both our Medicare and IFP lines of business are under the Jefferson Health Plans name. If you haven’t already done so, please communicate with your patient-facing staff members about this information. You should also update your Medicare materials (websites, printed materials, etc.) to replace "Health Partners Medicare" with "Jefferson Health Plans Medicare."

Please note: our Medicaid and CHIP lines of business marketing names will remain Health Partners (Medicaid) and KidzPartners, respectively. We will notify our providers prior to any rebranding for Health Partners or KidzPartners.
