Thank you for being a Jefferson Health Plans provider. We are pleased to announce the live recording and presentation for the 2024 Medicare AEP webinars that were held earlier in October are now published to the provider page of our website, in addition to a self-led eLearning course.

As a reminder, the webinar and eLearning course offer a detailed overview of the benefits in our plans, including:

• Lower copays for beneficiaries.

• Prescription drug coverage with affordable copays and a large formulary, with a new $0 copay tier for maintenance medications (including the highest utilized diabetic drugs) available through the coverage gap.
• Enhanced supplemental benefits, such as:
• Vision, dental and hearing aid benefits.
• Over-the-counter health items and food benefit.
• Flex cards that can be spent on healthy foods or utilities (SNP), or dental, vision and hearing expenses (non-SNP).
• Member transportation benefit.
• Telehealth and telemonitoring

We will also detail the Wellness Rewards program, which has a direct impact on Quality Care Plus incentive scores for participating providers.
