Building upon the provider network growth success we experienced in 2021, we are excited to announce the addition of Jefferson Health to our Medicaid and CHIP provider network.

The addition of Jefferson Health brings Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Jefferson Methodist Hospital into our Health Partners (Medicaid) and KidzPartners (CHIP) network, effective January 1, 2022. This network addition also includes all of Jefferson Health’s ambulatory care sites and employed PCP and specialist physicians.

Other Jefferson Health providers (i.e., Jefferson Abington, Jefferson Lansdale, Jefferson Northeast and their physician networks) were already participating and will continue to participate in our Medicaid/CHIP provider network.

Provider network communications have been initiated to ensure network providers are aware of these new referral options.
