HealthTrio is a single, robust portal that will give providers and office staff the right tools and the right patient information at the right time. HealthTrio’s enhanced user interface will make it easier to navigate, with a set of tools that will help drive both administrative efficiency and improved quality of care. Real-time patient data will help to improve compliance with care plans, contributing to better outcomes.

HealthTrio’s features support everything from eligibility requests to pay for performance incentives. Through this portal, you will have access to:

• Eligibility and benefits
• Claims inquiry and reconsiderations
• Authorization submission and inquiry
• Document repository
• Care gaps
• Panel rosters
