New Portal Implementation Update: July 29, 2022

In response to concerns regarding the short window to register users for our new provider portal we are delaying full deployment to the new HP Connect platform. Here is what you need to know.

  • Full transition to our new HP Connect platform will not occur Monday, August 1 as previously communicated.
  • The existing HP Connect platform will remain live through the month of August with the full functionality as it exists today.
  • NaviNet will remain live through the month of August with the full functionality as it exists today.
  • The new HP Connect platform, powered by HealthTrio will be live starting August 1 with access to check eligibility, check the status of claims and access to reports/documents.
    • For users who only have a need to check eligibility and claim status, you may register for access to the new HP Connect platform starting on August 1. Please go to our website at HP Connect Registration starting August 1 for the link to that registration page. 
  • Authorization submission and inquiry on the new HP Connect platform will not be available until later in August. You will continue to use that functionality in the existing HP Connect platform.
  • Claim Reconsideration functionality on the new HP Connect platform will not be available until later in August. You will continue to use that functionality in the existing HP Connect platform.
  • Additional demos of the portal will be scheduled over the coming weeks. Please reference our website at HP Connect Demo Registration for links to register for those trainings.
