Changes are outlined below:

• Prenatal Care in the First Trimester Measure benchmarks have been updated. See page 7.

An updated version of the 2022 MQCP Manual is now available on the provider portal and at HPPlans.com/MQCP. Please note that the manual will not be mailed to your office and will only be available online.

Your Provider Relations Representative will work closely with you to ensure that your office understands all of the updates and to answer any questions. Thank you for your support in providing the highest quality of care to our members.
